We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver services you request (including benefits audits), and improve this website. We contact you only about your inquiry or engagement — no marketing lists, no unsolicited outreach.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree; scheduling by Calendly; analytics by Google Analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We share information with them only as needed to operate this site, and with no one else except as required by law.
Retention & your rights
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at alex@novahr.club.
