Why we exist

HR shouldn't be a luxury.

Nova HR was built to fill that gap. We connect recruitment, benefits, and HR strategy into one integrated practice — and we structured the business model so that the cost barrier is as low as possible. Benefits placements are carrier-funded. Audits are complimentary. Recruitment fees only apply when we successfully place someone. Our incentives are aligned with your outcomes.

Alex Novak Founder, Nova HR

Alex founded Nova HR after four years working across recruitment and benefits — placing 100+ hires and seeing firsthand how disconnected most companies' people strategies were. Great candidates were being placed into benefits packages that didn't retain them. Companies were overpaying for plans their employees didn't understand. And nobody was connecting the dots.

Nova HR is the firm Alex wished existed when working with growing businesses. One partner. Full picture. Built to move fast and stay in it for the long term.

We're not here to fill one role or place one benefits plan and move on. We're building relationships with businesses we want to see win — and structuring our work accordingly.

Where we're going

Nova HR is bigger than one consulting practice.

Right now, Nova HR's focus is simple — serve a focused group of clients exceptionally well. Build a reputation for getting people strategy right. Grow the practice one strong relationship at a time.

But the longer vision is bigger. Nova HR is being built as the HR infrastructure layer for a broader portfolio of companies. Every business built within that ecosystem — regardless of industry — will run on the same people infrastructure Nova HR is building today. Recruitment, benefits, HR systems, workforce planning — handled at the institutional level, from day one.

The companies that will benefit from that infrastructure are still being built. But the foundation starts here — with the clients Nova HR serves today and the systems we build alongside them.
